Stowell Associates is Wisconsin’s leader in care management and home care, keeping older adults independent at home since 1983. As marketing director, I led the charge to revamp Stowell's brand and product offering.

After coming to Stowell Associates as its Marketing Director, I looked at homecare industry trends. Like many industries, close to half of all home care leads were coming to agencies online – but only about 5% of Stowell's leads were coming from their website.

 

After redesigning the website to be more user friendly with easier-to-use navigation and lead-generating forms (along with a modern design fitting for healthcare), our online leads improved more than 1,000% in just three months.

Marketing Programs

As a referral-based business, Stowell hadn't done any marketing in the past, but offered a number of services that other home care companies in the area couldn't match. I worked with the care experts at Stowell to identify these advanced home care programs and create marketing collateral to highlight Stowell's expertise.
